SHIPPING & PICK-UP INFO

Please direct all orders to a.elias@eliasfineart.com.

Official certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist is included with every order.

Artwork will be shipped out/ready for pick-up within 5-7 business days of purchase.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping destination. Pieces over 36 inches cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Clients are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges for orders outside of Canada.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Pick-up is available in the Winnipeg, Manitoba area.

Pick-up instructions will be provided by email.

Orders are to be picked up within two weeks. Orders that have not been picked up within 90 days will be assumed abandoned and the order will be canceled. No refunds will be offered.

SHIPPING POLICY

The average order processing time is 3-6 business days. Please note that this may be extended for large painting collection releases and promotions.

Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.

Please keep in mind that courier shipping time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be issued.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
